• Geolocation Check-Ins: Employees now clock in and out directly via their smartphones, with strict geolocation tagging ensuring precise on-site attendance logging.
• Employee Self-Service (ESS): The mobile app empowers staff to apply for leave (viewing real-time balances), submit expense claims, and securely download their digital salary slips.
• Automated Payroll Processing: We consolidated all attendance, leave, and expense data into a unified payroll engine configured with local tax and statutory compliance parameters.

The Result

The manual iterations and corrections have dropped to near zero. Processing payroll for over 100 employees is now executed in just four clicks—from initiating the payroll run to generating bank-ready entry files and dispatching digital payslips.
